Leave M6 at junction 1 and take A426 south (signs for Rugby). Go through 4 roundabouts. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Oliver Street. Turn right at A428/Lawford Road. Turn left into Addison Road. The next right is Somers Road. Go past the 1st turning on the left and number 31 is on the left.

From South / East

Leave M1 at junction 17 onto M45 towards Coventry. Go through 1st roundabout then turn left onto A4017 (signs for Rugby) and immediately turn left again to cross back over the A45. Turn right onto A4017 and go through 2 roundabouts. Turn left into Addison Road. Turn left at Somers Road. Go past the 1st turning on the left and number 31 is on the left.
